Redelivery Terminal ​

Lost an item? Deleted a box by mistake? Your customers can fix it themselves. They touch the redelivery terminal in your store, get a private link, and pick what they want to receive again. You don't need to be online, and nobody has to send you an IM.

Set it up ​

  1. Rez any object you like as the terminal: a sign, a kiosk, a box with your logo. The look is all yours.

  2. Drop the Fasty Redelivery Terminal script into it. It connects to your store by itself. While it starts, it shows Starting… above it for a moment. When it is ready, the text goes away.

  3. Touch it to try. You get the link like any customer would.

The terminal needs no permissions and no setup in the panel. You can place as many as you like, in any region where you can run scripts.

What your customers see ​

When someone touches the terminal, the link appears in their local chat. Only they see it. It opens a page with everything they have from Fasty stores:

  • Their stores: one card for each store where they bought something, with yours first ("You're here").
  • Their purchases in your store: with filters (All, Bought, Received, Gifted) and a search box. Each purchase shows the picture, the date, what they paid and a link to the receipt.
  • Their extras: the gift cards they can still use and their loyalty points in your store.
  • Redeliver: one click and the item arrives in their inventory a few seconds later.

Rules that keep it fair ​

The link only works for 15 minutes.A link copied to a friend stops working soon. To get a new one, just touch the terminal again.
Only customers of your store get a link. Someone who never bought from you gets a polite "you haven't bought anything here yet".Nobody can use your terminal to look around.
Each purchase can be redelivered once every 10 minutes, and each person can ask 15 times per hour.Protects your hubs from someone clicking non-stop.
A gift belongs to who received it. The person who paid for a gift cannot ask for it again.The item is not theirs to receive.
Some things are never redelivered: gift card purchases (the balance is already theirs), gacha prizes already delivered, and refunded sales.Those were already settled.

Every redelivery a customer asks for shows up in that sale's story in your panel, marked as asked by the customer.

Redelivering from the panel ​

You can still redeliver anything yourself: open the sale in Sales (or click it on a customer's page) and press Redeliver. See Sales and Customers.

Other ways customers can redeliver

Every buyer also gets a receipt link in chat after each purchase, with its own Resend to my inventory button. The terminal is simply the one place that opens all their purchases at once.
